What are your rates?

Accepted Answer

Our rates vary based on the length of stay and the number of pets. Please use our booking system to get an accurate quote, or reach out to us directly for a custom package.

Question 4

Is my dog safe with other dogs?

Accepted Answer

We maintain a small, boutique setting to ensure every dog gets personal attention. All dogs are screened for temperament and must be up-to-date on vaccinations. We carefully manage introductions to ensure a safe and happy environment.

Question 5

What vaccinations are required?

Accepted Answer

All dogs must be current on Rabies, Distemper/Parvo (DHPP), and Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccinations. Cats must be current on Rabies and FVRCP. Please bring proof of vaccination at drop-off.

Question 6

Will I receive updates about my pet?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! We send photo and video updates throughout the day so you can see exactly how your furry friend is doing. We want you to enjoy your time away knowing your pet is happy and loved.

Question 7

Do you accept cats?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We welcome both dogs and cats. Cats are kept in a comfortable, separate space to ensure they feel safe and stress-free during their stay.

Question 8

What should I bring for my pet's stay?

Accepted Answer

Please bring enough food for the duration of the stay (portioned if possible), any medications with clear instructions, your pet's favorite toy or blanket for comfort, and proof of vaccinations.

Question 9

What are your drop-off and pick-up hours?

Accepted Answer

We are open 24 hours. Drop-off and pick-up times are flexible — just coordinate with us in advance to ensure a smooth transition for your pet.

Question 10

What happens in a pet emergency?

Accepted Answer

Your pet's safety is our top priority. In the event of a medical emergency, we will contact you immediately and take your pet to the nearest veterinary clinic. We always have emergency contact information on file for every guest.
